Headquartered in Round Rock, Texas, Lott Brothers was founded by Wayne and David Lott who have been in business for almost 40 years and is one of the oldest Austin founded and based contractors. David and Wayne entered the construction business quite naturally by following family tradition. Their father, Wayne Sr., worked as a commercial contractor in Austin beginning in the 1950s, and his work ethic, dedication to guiding principles, and core value of doing things right the first time, were instilled in Wayne and David from a young age. These core values became integral to the companys culture and were developed into a concise statements that effectively communicates our high standards.
