Join us for our Preserving the Harvest Series. We have a brand-new Freeze Dryer and we are having a blast learning about this popular food preservation technique. We have freeze dried healthy snacks as well as a sometimes snack "Astronaut ice cream"! We are also expanding our fermenting class to include a gut heathy Kimchi. A preserving series would not be complete without jams. You will water bath can your own strawberry jam to take home and share.
