Join us for the Leander Women's Network on Jan. 8th where we will learn how to truly achieve lasting change without the burnout of the typical “New Year, New Me” mentality.

Jayme Shiarla's presentation, "Ditch the 'New Year, New Me': Real Strategies for Lasting Change," is designed to empower you with practical tools and sustainable habits to create meaningful progress in your personal and professional lives. Instead of cookie-cutter resolutions, Jayme will guide you to reflect deeply on what you want to accomplish, identify what’s been holding you back, and equip you with actionable strategies for setting goals that last. By focusing on clarity, confidence, and breakthrough habits, you’ll leave ready to embrace 2025 with a game plan that energizes and sustains you all year long!

Jayme Shiarla is a Mindset Transformation Coach, Certified Life Coach, and NLP Practitioner specializing in one-on-one coaching for high-achieving men and women all over the world who struggle with burnout, loneliness, loss of self, and lacking fulfillment in the lives they've worked so hard to build. Through mental conditioning, she helps them gain clarity in their goals, establish healthier habits, routines, and thought processes. That way, they can experience a life of energy, confidence, and fulfillment both personally and professionally. She also provides workshops and speaking engagements on habits, motivation, and perspective-shifting. Outside of "coach mode," Jayme is a lover of Christ, CrossFit, and coffee. She also volunteers heavily through her church, serving on the prayer team and women's ministry at the prison in Gatesville, Texas.
