For individuals ready to step into community leadership with confidence\, clarity\, and real impact\, the Emerging Board Leader Track explores a wide range of best practices in nonprofit board settings. Emerging Board Leader participants will have access to both tracks\, including sessions on nonprofit governance\, fundraising\, board responsibilities\, and finding the right board fit for your skills and passions.
Current nonprofit employees and board members will enjoy our Nonprofit Staff &amp\; Board Track. Sessions focus on board-staff relationships\, governance\, fundraising collaboration\, and building healthier\, more effective nonprofit leadership structures.
